Cheese Manousheh Flow

Warm Lebanese-style manousheh topped with melted cheese and thyme, finished with a drizzle of Brisca Cilantro Flow.

Ingredients

2 manousheh or pizza dough rounds
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves (or zaatar if preferred)
4 tbsp Brisca Cilantro Flow
1 tomato, thinly sliced (optional)

Instructions

Assemble Manousheh: Place each dough round on a baking tray. Spread the shredded mozzarella evenly over each base. Sprinkle the thyme evenly on top.

Bake: Bake at 220°C for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the dough is golden around the edges.

Add Optional Tomato: Remove from the oven and place thin slices of tomato on top if you want added freshness.

Sauce Moment: Drizzle generously with Brisca Cilantro Flow — fold in half if desired and enjoy warm as a simple, delicious Flow dish.

Notes

Works beautifully with a sprinkle of chili flakes or olives. If using zaatar instead of fresh thyme, sprinkle lightly so it doesn't overpower the cheese. Arugula can be added after baking for extra freshness.
