Carrot Ginger Soup Fest
Silky carrot soup with warm ginger and turmeric, enriched with coconut milk and honey, finished with bold Zest Fest.

Instructions
Sauté: Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until softened and translucent.
Bloom Aromatics: Add grated ginger and turmeric. Cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
Simmer: Add diced carrots and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20–25 minutes until carrots are completely tender.
Blend: Blend the soup until smooth and silky using an immersion blender or countertop blender.
Enrich: Return to low heat. Stir in coconut milk and honey. Season with Brisca Herb 'n' Salt to taste and warm gently. Strain through a fine mesh sieve into a clean pot.
Sauce Moment: Stir plenty of Brisca Zest Fest into the hot soup just before serving, then ladle into bowls and finish with an additional light drizzle on top if desired.
