Caramelized Onions Ruffle
Slow-cooked onions caramelized with Brisca Truffle Ruffle.

olive oil

onions, thinly sliced

Brisca Herb 'n' Salt
5 tbsp
Brisca Truffle Ruffle
Instructions

Cook Onions: Heat olive oil in a pan. Add the sliced onions and cook for 3-5 minutes until softened. Season with Brisca Herb 'n' Salt.

Sauce Moment (Caramelize With Sauce): Add the 5 tablespoons of Brisca Truffle Ruffle and continue cooking for another 7-10 minutes until the onions caramelize fully with the sauce and become glossy, aromatic, and deep.

Serve: Serve the caramelized onions coated generously in Truffle Ruffle.
