Cook Burgers: Season the burger patties with Brisca Herb 'n' Salt. Heat the avocado oil in a pan and cook until nearly done. Add the cheese slices in the last minute to melt.
Caramelize Onions: Melt the butter in a pan, add the sliced onions, and cook on medium-low heat for 8-10 minutes. While they are still caramelizing, add half of the divided Brisca Truffle Ruffle and continue cooking until the onions turn glossy and richly coated.
Make Mayo Ruffle: Mix the mayonnaise with the remaining Brisca Truffle Ruffle until creamy.
Sauce Moment: Assemble the burger: place lettuce and tomato on the bun, add the cheesy patty, spoon the Truffle Ruffle caramelized onions over it, then spread Mayo Ruffle generously — ready to be served as a rich, indulgent Ruffle burger.
