Burger Flow
Thick gourmet burgers layered with caramelized onions, raclette, and finished with vibrant Cilantro Flow.

Prepare Burgers: In a bowl gently mix ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, Brisca Herb 'n' Salt, and black pepper. Form into thick burger patties slightly wider than the buns.
Caramelize Onions: Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add sliced onion and cook slowly until deeply caramelized. Stir in plenty of Brisca Cilantro Flow and cook another minute until glossy. Set aside.
Cook Burgers: Grill or cook patties in a hot pan until nicely browned on both sides and cooked to your preferred doneness. During the final minute, place raclette cheese over each patty and allow it to melt.
Toast Buns: Spread butter on the cut sides of the burger buns and toast in a pan until golden.
Assemble: Place lettuce and tomato on the bottom bun. Add the burger patty with melted raclette, then caramelized onions and pickles.
Sauce Moment: Spoon or drizzle Brisca Cilantro Flow over the burger just before closing the bun. Serve immediately.
