Bolognese Veggies Fest
Minced meat cooked with onions and fresh tomatoes, topped with Brisca Zest Fest and served with rice and roasted okra.

Cook Onion: Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the diced onion, and cook 2-3 minutes.
Add Meat: Add the minced beef and cook until browned.
Add Tomatoes: Add the boiled, peeled, diced tomatoes and half of the Brisca Herb 'n' Salt. Simmer until thickened.
Cook Okra: Toss the okra with thinly sliced garlic, thyme, the divided olive oil, and the remaining Brisca Herb 'n' Salt. Roast at 200°C for 15-18 minutes until tender.
Sauce Moment: Place the minced meat mixture on a serving plate, drizzle generously with Brisca Zest Fest, and serve with rice and roasted okra — ready to be enjoyed as a warm, comforting Fest dish.
