Beef Tacos Flow
Grilled beef folded into crisp tortilla tacos with peppers, onions, and a bold drizzle of Brisca Cilantro Flow.

Ingredients

beef strips

olive oil
1/8 tsp
Brisca Herb 'n' Salt

mixed bell peppers, thinly sliced

small onion, thinly sliced

small tortillas

fresh cilantro, chopped
6-7 tbsp

Instructions

Cook Beef: Toss the beef strips with olive oil and Brisca Herb 'n' Salt. Grill or bake at 200°C for 10-12 minutes until cooked.

Cook Veggies: Add the sliced bell peppers and onion to a pan and cook 3-4 minutes until softened.

Make Taco Shells: Bake the tortillas draped over the oven rack or small bowls at 180°C for 6-8 minutes until crisp.

Sauce Moment: Fill each taco shell with beef, peppers, and onions, drizzle generously with Brisca Cilantro Flow, and top with chopped cilantro — ready to be served as bright, fresh Flow tacos.
