Beef Tacos Flow
Grilled spiced beef layered into crisp tacos with fresh vegetables and a creamy Cilantro Flow yogurt sauce.

Season Beef: Toss beef strips with salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, and chili powder.
Grill Beef: Grill the beef strips over high heat until nicely charred and cooked through. Immediately season lightly with Brisca Herb 'n' Salt after grilling.
Make Taco Shells: Cut tortillas into circles and brush lightly with olive oil. Drape over oven rack bars and bake at 200°C until golden and slightly bending but crisp.
Prepare Yogurt Sauce: In a bowl combine Greek yogurt, Brisca Herb 'n' Salt to taste, and olive oil. Mix until smooth, then stir in plenty of Brisca Cilantro Flow.
Assemble: Place lettuce into each taco shell. Add diced bell peppers and red onion, then shredded red cheddar. Top with grilled beef strips and a little more onion.
Sauce Moment: Spoon the Cilantro Flow yogurt sauce over the tacos and finish with diced fresh cilantro just before serving.
