Heat: Warm olive oil in a wide pan or wok over high heat.
Sear Beef: Add beef strips in a single layer and cook for 2–3 minutes until browned, stirring minimally for better searing. Season with Brisca Herb 'n' Salt to taste.
Add Vegetables: Add diced bell peppers and onion. Stir fry over high heat until vegetables are tender-crisp and slightly caramelized.
Sauce Moment: Reduce heat slightly and add plenty of Brisca Cilantro Flow. Toss quickly to coat the beef and vegetables evenly and warm through for 1–2 minutes.
Finish: Remove from heat and scatter chopped fresh cilantro over the top just before serving.
