Beef Sizzle Flow

Sizzling beef strips and vibrant vegetables glazed in Cilantro Flow, finished with fresh herbs — fast, bold, and deeply savory.

Ingredients

500 g beef, cut into thin strips
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cups colored bell peppers, diced
1 large onion, diced
½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
to taste Brisca Herb 'n' Salt
plenty Brisca Cilantro Flow

Instructions

Heat: Warm olive oil in a wide pan or wok over high heat.

Sear Beef: Add beef strips in a single layer and cook for 2–3 minutes until browned, stirring minimally for better searing. Season with Brisca Herb 'n' Salt to taste.

Add Vegetables: Add diced bell peppers and onion. Stir fry over high heat until vegetables are tender-crisp and slightly caramelized.

Sauce Moment: Reduce heat slightly and add plenty of Brisca Cilantro Flow. Toss quickly to coat the beef and vegetables evenly and warm through for 1–2 minutes.

Finish: Remove from heat and scatter chopped fresh cilantro over the top just before serving.
