Beef Shawerma Fattah Flow
Layered rice, grilled shawerma beef, fresh vegetables, and creamy tahini Cilantro Flow, finished with crisp toasted baladi bread.

Season Beef: Lay the thin whole beef slices flat and season both sides with Brisca Herb 'n' Salt, black pepper, garlic powder, ras el hanout, and sumac. Drizzle with olive oil and rub evenly.
Grill: Heat a grill pan or skillet over high heat. Grill the beef slices whole in batches until nicely browned and just cooked through. Remove and rest briefly.
Slice: After resting, slice the grilled beef into thin strips.
Toast Bread: Toss the broken baladi bread pieces with olive oil and spread on a baking tray. Roast at 200°C until golden and crisp. Set aside.
Prepare Vegetables: In a bowl, combine diced tomato, red onion, parsley, and pickled cucumbers.
Make Tahini Flow: Whisk tahini with water until smooth. Add Greek yogurt and Brisca Herb 'n' Salt to taste. Stir in plenty of Brisca Cilantro Flow and whisk until creamy.
Layer: In a large serving dish, spread warm rice as the base. Top with sliced grilled beef, then spoon over the shawerma vegetables.
Sauce Moment: Generously spoon the tahini yogurt Cilantro Flow over the layered beef and vegetables. Sprinkle with minced fresh cilantro.
Finish: Top with the crisp toasted baladi bread just before serving.
