Beef Manousheh Flow

Lebanese-style manousheh topped with minced beef and cheese, finished with fresh veggies and a drizzle of Brisca Cilantro Flow before folding into a wrap.

Ingredients

2 manousheh or pizza dough rounds
200g minced beef
⅛ tsp Brisca Herb 'n' Salt
1 small onion, finely minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1 tomato, thinly sliced
4 tbsp Brisca Cilantro Flow

Instructions

Cook Beef: Heat olive oil in a pan, add the minced onion, and cook for 1-2 minutes until softened. Add the minced beef, season with Brisca Herb 'n' Salt, and cook until browned. Set aside.

Assemble Manousheh: Place each dough round on a baking tray. Spread the cooked minced beef evenly over each dough base. Top with shredded mozzarella.

Bake: Bake at 220°C for 8-12 minutes until the dough is cooked through and the cheese is melted and golden.

Add Fresh Toppings: Remove from the oven and place thin slices of tomato over the hot manousheh.

Sauce Moment: Drizzle generously with Brisca Cilantro Flow — then fold the manousheh in half to create a warm, melty wrap ready to be served as a savory Flow dish.

Notes

You can add lettuce or arugula inside after baking for extra freshness. Works beautifully with chili flakes or pickles inside the folded wrap. If dough puffs unevenly, poke once with a fork before baking.
