Asian Salad Fest
Fresh, crunchy layers with warm ginger and a vibrant citrus lift.
Yields: 3 servings
Ingredients
2 large
cucumbers, sliced into thin ovals
1 cup
carrots, finely shredded
1 tsp
fresh ginger, finely grated
1 tbsp
sesame oil
1½ tbsp
rice vinegar
to taste
Brisca Herb 'n' Salt
1 tbsp
sesame seeds
plenty

Instructions

Slice: Slice cucumbers into thin oval rounds and finely shred the carrots.

Combine: In a bowl, add cucumbers, carrots, and grated ginger. Drizzle with sesame oil and rice vinegar. Season lightly with Brisca Herb 'n' Salt to taste and toss gently.

Sauce Moment: Drizzle plenty of Brisca Zest Fest over the salad and toss lightly to coat. Finish with sesame seeds just before serving.
Notes
For heat, add thinly sliced fresh red chili or a pinch of chili flakes.
For extra crunch, lightly toast the sesame seeds before sprinkling over the salad.
