Arugula Mushroom Flow
Peppery arugula layered with delicate raw mushrooms and finished with plenty of Cilantro Flow.
Yields: 3–4 servings
Ingredients
3 cups
arugula
2 cups
mushrooms, sliced very thin
1 cup
cherry tomatoes, halved
to taste
Brisca Herb 'n' Salt
plenty
Brisca Cilantro Flow
¼ cup
Parmesan cheese shavings (optional)
Instructions

Prepare Base: In a large bowl combine arugula, very thinly sliced mushrooms and halved cherry tomatoes. Season lightly with Brisca Herb 'n' Salt and toss gently.

Sauce Moment: Drizzle plenty of Brisca Cilantro Flow over the salad and toss until lightly coated.

Finish (Optional): Top with Parmesan shavings just before serving.
