Arugula Labneh Escape
Peppery arugula with labneh balls and toasted almonds finished with a vibrant Grape Escape drizzle.

Ingredients
3 cups
arugula
1 cup
labneh balls
¼ cup
sliced almonds
to taste
Brisca Herb 'n' Salt

Instructions

Toast Almonds: Heat a dry pan over medium heat and add sliced almonds. Toast while stirring until lightly golden and fragrant, about 3–4 minutes. Remove from pan and allow to cool.

Prepare Base: Arrange arugula on a serving platter and season lightly with Brisca Herb 'n' Salt.

Add Labneh: Scatter labneh balls over the arugula.

Sauce Moment: Drizzle plenty of Brisca Grape Escape over the salad just before serving.

Finish: Sprinkle toasted almonds over the top.
