Arugula Burrata Escape
Peppery arugula with sweet tomatoes, creamy burrata, and toasted almonds finished with a vibrant Grape Escape drizzle.

arugula
1 cup
cherry tomatoes, halved
1 ball
burrata
¼ cup
almonds, toasted
to taste
Brisca Herb 'n' Salt

Instructions

Prepare Base: Spread arugula on a serving platter and scatter cherry tomatoes over the top. Season lightly with Brisca Herb 'n' Salt.

Add Burrata: Place burrata in the center and gently tear open slightly.

Add Crunch: Sprinkle toasted almonds over the salad.
