Artichoke Flow
Oven-roasted artichokes with thyme, finished with a bright drizzle of Brisca Cilantro Flow.

artichokes (halved, choke removed)
1 tbsp
olive oil
⅛ tsp
Brisca Herb 'n' Salt
1 tsp
fresh thyme leaves
4-5 tbsp

Prep Artichokes: Halve each artichoke. Use a spoon to remove the fuzzy choke in the center so the heart is clean.

Season: Place the artichoke halves on a baking tray cut-side up. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with Brisca Herb 'n' Salt, and add the thyme leaves on top.

Bake: Bake at 200°C for 25-30 minutes until the edges are golden and the hearts are tender.

Sauce Moment: Remove from oven and drizzle generously with Brisca Cilantro Flow — ready to serve as a bright, earthy Flow dish.
