Parmesan Arugula Wrap Ruffle
Warm tortilla filled with Parmesan slices and fresh arugula, finished with a rich drizzle of Brisca Truffle Ruffle.

Ingredients

tortilla bread
½ cup
Parmesan cheese, sliced (any thickness you prefer)
1/4 cup
arugula
3-4 tbsp
Brisca Truffle Ruffle
Instructions

Warm Tortilla: Heat the tortilla in a pan or sandwich press for 1-2 minutes until soft and warm.

Assemble Wrap: Lay the warm tortilla flat. Add the Parmesan slices in the center. Top with the fresh arugula.

Sauce Moment: Drizzle generously with Brisca Truffle Ruffle over the Parmesan and arugula.

Wrap: Fold the sides inward and roll tightly into a warm Ruffle wrap.
Notes
You can add cherry tomato slices for brightness if you like. If you want the Parmesan slightly softened, warm the wrapped tortilla in the pan for 20-30 seconds (optional). Works as a light snack, lunch, or side to a larger meal.
