Ingredients

1 cup pitted black olives (use Kalamata or any soft black olive)
2 tbsp olive oil (to bind and blend)
1 garlic clove, minced (optional-use if you want a stronger flavor)
1 tsp lemon juice (optional for brightness)
1/8 tsp Brisca Herb 'n' Salt
4-5 tbsp Brisca Zest Fest

Instructions

Prep: Place the olives, olive oil, garlic (if using), and lemon juice (if using) into a food processor or bowl.

Blend: Pulse or mash until chunky or smooth, based on your preferred texture.

Adjust: Stir in Brisca Herb 'n' Salt to balance and deepen the flavor.

Sauce Moment: Transfer the tapenade into a serving bowl and pour Brisca Zest Fest generously over it as the dip - ready to be served over toasted bread, crackers, focaccia bites, cheese boards, or roasted vegetables.

Notes

Add fresh minced parsley to the tapenade for a bright, herbal twist. Top with a sprinkle of grated parmesan just before serving for extra richness.
