Mushroom & Spinach Ruffle

Sautéed onions and mushrooms with wilted spinach, optionally enriched with fresh tomato sauce, and finished with a rich drizzle of Brisca Truffle Ruffle.

Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, diced
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
2 cups fresh spinach
2-3 tbsp fresh tomato sauce (optional)
⅛ tsp Brisca Herb 'n' Salt
5 tbsp Brisca Truffle Ruffle

Instructions

Cook Onions & Mushrooms: Heat the olive oil in a pan. Add the diced onion and cook for 1-2 minutes until softened. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for 4-5 minutes until browned. Season with Brisca Herb 'n' Salt.

Add Spinach: Add the spinach and cook for 1-2 minutes until just wilted.

(Optional) Add Tomato Sauce: Stir in the fresh tomato sauce if using and mix until heated through.
