Kabab Veggies Tango
Skewered pieces of grilled meat with charred bell peppers and onions, finished with a bright drizzle of Brisca Mango Tango.

Brisca Herb 'n' Salt

mixed bell peppers, cut into large chunks

large onion, cut into chunks
4-5 tbsp

Instructions

Season Meat: Toss the beef cubes with olive oil and Brisca Herb 'n' Salt.

Skewer: Thread the meat onto skewers, alternating with bell pepper chunks and onion chunks.

Grill: Grill the kabab skewers on high heat for 12-15 minutes, turning to cook evenly until lightly charred.
