Halloumi Wrap Escape

Warm Lebanese bread or tortilla filled with grilled halloumi, lettuce, and cucumbers, finished with a bright drizzle of Brisca Grape Escape.

Ingredients

150g halloumi, sliced
1 Lebanese bread or tortilla
1/4 cup lettuce
1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
3-4 tbsp Brisca Grape Escape

Instructions

Grill Halloumi: Heat a pan and grill halloumi slices for 1-2 minutes per side until golden.

Assemble Wrap: Lay the Lebanese bread or tortilla flat. Add the grilled halloumi in the center. Top with lettuce and thin cucumber slices.

Sauce Moment: Drizzle generously with Brisca Grape Escape over all the filling.

Warm in Sandwich Press: Fold the wrap and place in a sandwich press for 2-3 minutes until warm, sealed, and lightly toasted — ready to serve as a tangy, fresh Escape wrap.

Notes

Add cherry tomato slices for extra brightness. If halloumi is very salty, rinse briefly before grilling. You can add a few mint leaves inside for a Levantine touch.
