Shamy bread filled with melted mozzarella and fresh cucumbers, finished with a bright, tangy drizzle of Brisca Grape Escape.

Ingredients

1 shamy bread
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
3-4 tbsp Brisca Grape Escape

Assemble Before Baking: Open the shamy bread and spread the shredded mozzarella inside in an even layer.

Melt Cheese: Place the bread open-faced on a baking tray and bake at 200°C for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is fully melted.

Add Cucumbers: Remove from the oven and add the thinly sliced cucumbers over the melted mozzarella.

Sauce Moment: Drizzle generously with Brisca Grape Escape — fold the bread over and serve warm as a simple, melty Escape wrap.

Notes

Add lettuce or arugula inside if you prefer extra freshness. Works beautifully with a sprinkle of black pepper or chili flakes. You can warm the folded wrap for 1 minute in the oven if you want everything extra soft and melty.
