Creamy Orzo Fest
Soft, comforting orzo finished with warm cream, parsley, and a bright swirl of Brisca Zest Fest.

Ingredients
1 tbsp
olive oil
1 small
onion, finely diced
1 cup
orzo
2 cups
water
⅛ tsp
Brisca Herb 'n' Salt
2-3 tbsp
cooking cream
4-5 tbsp
Brisca Zest Fest
1 tbsp
chopped parsley
Instructions

Cook Onion: Heat the olive oil in a pot. Add the diced onion and cook for 2 minutes until softened.

Toast Orzo: Add the orzo and stir for 30 seconds to lightly toast.

Cook Orzo: Add the water and Brisca Herb 'n' Salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cook for 8-10 minutes until the orzo is soft and most liquid is absorbed.

Creamy Finish: Turn off the heat. Add the cooking cream and parsley and mix until warm and silky.

Sauce Moment: Serve and drizzle generously with Brisca Zest Fest — you may add an extra drizzle on top if you want an even brighter Fest finish.
