Chicken Shawerma Fest
Oven-baked shawerma chicken wrapped in Lebanese bread with tomatoes, parsley, pickles, and finished with homemade Tahini Fest (with an option for Tomeya Fest).

Prep Chicken: Toss the chicken strips with olive oil, Brisca Herb 'n' Salt, paprika, garlic powder and if using — the cumin and turmeric.
Bake Chicken: Spread the chicken on a tray and bake at 200°C for 20-25 minutes until lightly golden.
Make Tahini Fest: Whisk the tahini with cold water until smooth. Add Brisca Zest Fest and blend until creamy.
Assemble Wraps: Lay Lebanese bread flat and add the baked chicken, tomatoes, parsley, and pickles.
Sauce Moment: Drizzle Tahini Fest generously over the filled wrap, close tightly, and serve — or replace Tahini Fest with Tomeya Fest for a garlic-based Fest twist.
