Chicken Panée Escape
Golden chicken Milanese topped with Parmesan and served alongside fresh leafy greens with Brisca Grape Escape on the side.

chicken breasts, butterflied and flattened

breadcrumbs
1/2 cup
grated Parmesan

eggs, beaten
1/2 cup
flour
1/8 tsp

olive oil
2 cups
leafy greens
4-5 tbsp

Instructions

Prep Chicken: Flatten the chicken breasts evenly.

Coat: Place flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs in separate bowls. Dip each chicken breast in flour, then eggs, then breadcrumbs.

Cook: Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the chicken until golden on both sides.

Finish: Place the cooked chicken Milanese on a plate and top with grated Parmesan. Add the leafy greens on the side.
