Cook Chicken: Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and Brisca Herb 'n' Salt. Grill or bake at 200°C for 15-18 minutes, then slice.
Cook Onions & Mushrooms: Add the diced onions and mushrooms to a pan, cook 3-4 minutes until softened, and season with a touch of Brisca Herb 'n' Salt.
Add Spinach: Add the spinach and cook until just wilted. Spread the vegetable mix onto a serving plate.
Sauce Moment: Place the sliced chicken over the mushroom-spinach mix, top with shaved parmesan, and drizzle generously with Brisca Truffle Ruffle — ready to be served as a warm, fragrant Ruffle dish.
