Calamari Salad Fest
Grilled calamari tossed with very thinly sliced onions and bell peppers, fresh parsley, dill, and a bright drizzle of Brisca Zest Fest

Prep Calamari: Pat calamari dry and brush with 1 tablespoon of the divided olive oil. Season with half of the divided Brisca Herb 'n' Salt.
Grill: Grill calamari for 2-3 minutes per side until lightly charred and opaque. Slice into rings if using tubes.
Prep Veggies: Place the very thinly sliced onions and very thinly sliced bell peppers in a bowl.
Assemble: Add the grilled calamari, parsley, and dill to the bowl. Season with the remaining Herb 'n' Salt and toss gently. Drizzle with the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil if desired.
Sauce Moment: Drizzle Brisca Zest Fest generously over the salad - ready to be served as a bright, fresh Fest bowl.
